MK Rabbi Litzman, Health Minister, visits Ezra Umarpeh’s Head Office
Rabbi Yaakov Liztman, Minister of Health in Israel visited the offices of Ezra Umarpeh in North London. The MK toured the premises including the medical equipment warehouse and met with trustees and volunteers.
Dayan Binyomin Eckstein, Rabbi and trustee of Ezra Umarpeh spoke warmly of Rabbi Litzman’s efforts on behalf of improving health services in Israel and trustee Mr Moshe Grosskopf quoted Rabbi Elimelech Firer as saying “since the war, there has never been a minister so dedicated to health; his achievements are unparalleled and unprecedented.”
Rabbi Litzman and his Chief of Staff were in turn impressed with the work of Ezra Umarpeh in the UK and Rabbi Litzman spoke briefly in support of this wonderful community organisation.
